A Walk In The Park...

Well, we survived the weekend and everyone is doing fabulously ;)!

Here is Web right before the wheeled him off to get his wisdom teeth taken out. The procedure only took about 15 - 20 minutes, but the recovery time was a little longer. Friday and Saturday he spent most of his time propped up, iced up, and knocked out ;). It was definitely a task taking care of a recovering 35 year old and an active 18 month old, but I did not mind one bit. I am happy to say Web is back at work today and recovering quite nicely. Thank you for all of your prayers!

Sunday my parents offered to keep Vance for a couple of hours while Web and I ran some errands. I think we both had a bit of cabin fever ;). We DID find the dining room table, kitchen table, chairs, and buffet we are going to get for the new house. I would post a picture from the internet, but it does not do it justice. We found them at World Market...YAY! When we got back to my parent's house, we played a little longer and I got some GREAT pics!

Nana Jo and Vance playing in the creek that I played in so many times ;)!

Vance enjoying himself in the swing ;)!

Vance being a BIG HELPER and watering my mother's flowers ;)!

Vance & Papa Hunter riding on Papa's Tractor! I can't put into words how much Vance loves this!!!

Monday we all slept in...PTL!!! My grandparents had a cookout for Labor Day and we got to visit with tons of family. Love the holidays where you get to see the ones you love most ;)! We ate delicious food, played volleyball, horseshoes, and good ole bocce ball.

Vance cooling down in the baby spool! Web would make the sprinklers go towards Vance and then Vance figured out how to make them go towards Web. LOL!

Of course one of the best parts of this weekend was FOOTBALL! The Vols so should have won last night...GRRR!

I hope when we're really old that Vance drives us around on the tractor so that we can outside and get some fresh air. ;)

Poor sweet Web! He's lucky to have you!

I so thought of you last night as I watched the very beginning of the game and was disappointed for you when I saw they lost last night!! I should have stayed up and watched the entire game!! I'm glad Web is doing okay. I hated having my wisdom teeth out. I think I died 80 times!!!!!

I'm glad Web is all recovered. That wisdom teeth thing is not fun.

Of course, I love all the pictures of my Vance, especially the one where he is spraying his daddy with the sprinkler. He's so smart! :)

When I see those pictures of Vance, I just think to myself how many sweet memories he is going to have of just doing the simple things with his grandparents! Those are the best times!!

I'm glad Web is doing okay. That is not fun!

Sorry about the VOLS! :( They will have better luck next time!!
