I promise that I am going to post about my weekend tomorrow...Web has the camera to take pics of the house :)!
However, I have to share a few PROUD PARENT moments from this weekend...
1) Vance is now saying "please!" Manners are very important to Web & I, so we were grinning from ear to ear. I will try to get a recording of it tonight so you can hear it in his voice.
2) I decided awhile back that I was going to try to slowly teach Vance the alphabet. I started by printing off a picture of the letter "A" and a picture of an apple. For a few days he has been coloring the pictures. On Sunday I showed him the apple and told him it starts with the letter "A." He kept coloring and then I pointed to the letter and asked him what it was. You better believe he said "A!" One down and 25 more to go ;)!
Can I just say that I am loving this age! These little milestones are so much fun to watch ;)!!!!

That is so great! He is so smart!!! I know you are such a proud mommy. He will know the entire alphabet before you know it.
It is so cute when they start using their manners. He is a true southern gentleman. :)
Love the post!!!
I am so proud!!!! I can't wait to hear him say "please"! TOO SWEET!!!!
Love you, miss you, mean it!
YAY!!!!!! I think seeing them learn is just as exciting as when they were taking their first steps!!!
That is SOOO cute. I remember when Ella Grace started singing her alphabet. I was blown away. It's amazing what all they can learn. They ARE little sponges. Yeah for Vance. I love that he is saying "please." I can't wait to hear his little voice. What great parents Vance has! :)
I agree, manners are important! I love that you are teaching Vance to be a true southern!
