In just two weeks and three days, Meag, La, and I will be headed to this little paradise...
This is Lakeview Fontana and it is a little spa in North Carolina. Isn't is beautiful?!
Last year the 2007 Galz Trip was to Savannah, GA and we had a BLAST! However, we decided on our drive home from Savannah that we wanted to go to a spa this year. With students, children, home builds, meetings, etc,. we just thought this year we would go low-key and spoil ourselves!!!!
We found out about a month ago or so that there is NO TV in our cottage, but we are embracing this with excitement. We have planned to play games, organize our recipes, read books, lounge around, hike (lol), and just CHILL! If any of you have some fun activities/suggestions for things we can do between our spa treatments, let me know!
I also just ordered a pair of slippers for each of us! You must have slippers when you go to a spa right? Pink ones with black monogramming, right?
I can promise you one thing...
Lakeview Fontana will not be the same when we leave :)! Isn't that right galz?

You galz are going to have the best time. It sounds like you do have some fun things planned in between the spa visits. Honestly, I can't think of a better girls trip than going to a spa. I hope you have a WONDERFUL time and I have a feeling you won't even miss that TV! I think you are right in that it won't be the same after you leave! LOL!
That, is my idea of a great time!
And they think there won't be any entertainment there without a tv. Don't they know WE are the entertainment? In a good way. That place will never be the same!! I can't wait!
