So...
I am sure you are all on pins and needles about our weekend...LOL! Before I go into a lot of detail, I must share some background information.
My husband had a GREAT group of friends in college! Some were on the golf team with him, some were in the same fraternity as him, some were friends of friends, but they were all close and they ALWAYS had a good time. Some times were "extra" good...LOL! The best part is that they still keep in touch after all of these years ;)!
One of Web's closest friends from college is Jamie Autry! He sang in our wedding and he is one of the FUNNIEST people I have ever met. His sweet wife, Marcie, runs a stationary business with some good friends and she has a blog as well! They are going through the adoption process right now and they are the sweetest couple ;)!!!
About a month ago or so I e-mailed Marcie to see if she wanted to plan a surprise weekend get together for our husbands. They have not seen each other in two years and Jamie & Marcie had not met Vance yet. Marcie agreed and the sneakiness was on! She told Jamie her parents were coming in to visit and I told Web we were going away for the weekend and to bring his golf clubs.
Web & I left around 4:00 on Friday and he had NO CLUE until we were outside of Jackson that we were off to visit Jamie & Marcie in Friendship, TN! We got to their house around 7:00, but Jamie was not going to get home until 8:00...perfect! We let Marcie hold Vance while Web and I hid. When Jamie came through the door he was a bit perplexed, but when we came around the hall he was so SURPRISED & SO EXCITED!
So, Web, Vance, & I spent the weekend with good friends! We played games, the guys played golf, we ate big, laughed loud, and had a GREAT time!

WORD! I am SO SO glad you had a wonderful weekend! I think I was excited for you about your weekend as you were excited! lol. I LOVE the picture of you, Web, and Vance - Vance is looking RIGHT at the Camera and Smiling Big Time - PERFECT!
