Lots...

of things I would like to share!

As I have mentioned before, Web and I are doing our own clean-up during the building process. It is not a "pretty" job, but it is saving us $125.00 a day which is almost $8,000.00 over the course of the build. YIKES! Plus, we figure that if it is not as clean as we like, we only have ourselves to blame. So, Wednesday night while Vance was swimming with my MIL in her pool, I told Web I would like to help him clean. Even though it is not something I would want to do on a regular basis, I want to be a part of this build in any way I can. Besides, it was nice working side by side with my hubby and listening to the oldies ;)!

Web & I standing in front of his truck full of the trash, wood, and old shingles we picked up!

The soaking tub in our Master Bathroom! I am so excited about this ;)!

We should have brick soon SO be on the lookout!

And now, onto this...

Yes...that IS a New York Jet's hat Brett (started 260 something games as a Greenbay Packer ) Favre is wearing ;(!!! How we wish he had stayed retired, how we wish that he was still wearing a Packer's uniform, how we wish we could watch him play one more time when the Packers and Titans play on November 2nd! It is a sad day, but I just hope and pray he has a GREAT season and does not get hurt!

Last but not least I just want to say I LOVE MY FAMILY, I LOVE MY FRIENDS, AND I LOVE MY BLOGGING BEAUTIES TOO! Have a fantastic weekend!

The house looks great! I think that it's great that you helped Web with the clean-up... you will always be glad that y'all hare so involved with the build.

So sad about Favre... I wish he had just stayed retired. Oh well. I hope he has a good season, but I really don't like all the drama and I don't like that he won't be wearing a Packers jersey!

Cute pics of you and your hubbby doing the clean up. I noticed his Green Bay Shirt... then kept reading and see what you wrote. I am a TITANS fan, but my son is a huge Farve fan. He has just informed me that he will be attending the game in November when the Jets come to play here.
Have a super weekend!

I know you hate the Brett Favre trade! Just doesn't look right with him in a Jets hat! :( We will be in the Titans game on December 21st.. at least that is the current plan! :) I can't wait to take Ethan! He is a HUGE Titans fan! He wishes DMAC had gone to the Titans. :) Looks like a lot of hard work cleaning your land, but you will definitely be so glad you guys did so much work by hand! I can't wait to see it all through. I love the tub! Nothing like a long hot bath for mom at the end of the day. Have a great week!

You guys look so cute in front of the truck! It looks like you did a lot of hard work! You are going to love that tub. Honestly, I think the tub should be one of the final deciding factors of a house! Ha!

I'm sorry Favre won't be playing for your team. I know that has to be disappointing. I don't know much about him but I was shocked when I heard he came back and was traded to another team. Wow!

I can't wait to see the brick you picked. Your house is going to be so wonderful.

I love how you and Web love doing things together all of the time...even if it's just picking up trash! I know that's hard work. But you can, without a doubt, say that you really and truly have been involved in every phase of construction on YOUR house!
