Since I am having a somewhat slow blogging week, I decided to copy my best friend Meag and do a post on a few of my favorite things ;)! These are in no particular order, but these are definitely a few things that bring a smile to my face & elate my heart!!!
* Board Games *
I stole the picture from Meag's Blog b/c she had some of my favorites in there!!! I grew up playing board games and thankfully my husband and friends share in my obsession!!! Some of my favs include...Scrabble, Catch Phrase, Cranium, Boggle, Scene It, Scattegories, and Trivia Pursuit!!!
* Dancing *
Some of you may or may not know that I LOVE to dance! I started dancing at age 3 and decided to stop training around age 17. I still enjoy dancing, when I can, and I am a sucker for performing. My favorites were pointe, contemporary, and hip hop. When I get on the stage, all shyness goes out the window. Oh, and I love SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE!!!
* Sports *
I have never played a sport BUT I love watching them on TV and IN PERSON! My husband and I watch PTI together on a regular basis and try very hard to attend as many sporting events as possible! Go Titans, Go Lady Vols, Go Duke, Go Cubs, Go Zach Johnson (my fav golfer)!
* Ice Cream *
I am a sucker for ice cream ANY TIME OF THE YEAR!!!! My favorites are Cookies N Cream and anything with Peanut Butter in it ;).
* Traveling *
Ever since I was a little girl, my parents tried to instill in me the importance of traveling, vacationing, and relaxation. I feel very blessed to have been to the places I have and hope to be to many more. While I do not mind flying, I would rather hop in a car and chow down on some TRAILMIX!
* Being Organized *
I love to be organized and live by my "Calendar of Life!" Web's friends kindly named me "Sir Plans A Lot" when we were engaged, but we enjoyed our day!!!!
* Being A Southern Lady *
I absolutely LOVE being from the South! Some might tease us for silly things, but I really appreciate the deep traditions of the South. Only here can you go to a nice tea on Monday night and a Tractor Pull on Saturday night ;)!
* Fall *
One thing I love about TN is that we experience every season and the BEST to me is FALL! Fall means beautiful leaves, crisp air, football season, holidays, turtlenecks, hay rides, etc. It is when I feel at my best!
* Gifts *
I will admit I get a little nervous when I open gifts in front of people, BUT I love giving gifts to others. Our Christmas Tree tends to have more gifts than one really needs...Web LOVES Christmas! There is nothing better to me than little, happy gifts!
* Family *
I saved this one for last, b/c FAMILY is my FAVORITE THING! Not just the family I grew up in, or the family I have created with Web and Vance, but the family I have with my friends!!! I love all of my family!
I have a lot of favorites that make my days enjoyable ones, but these are just a few ;)!

Well, girlfriend, I wanna see you dance!!! FYI: dance is a form of sport, so there, you have participated! You are precious and I so enjoy reading your blog.

It doesn't surprise me that almost everything you listed, I also love. I want to see you dance. I would love to see your hip hop moves! I was on drill team in high school and the dance team in college and I loved it, too, but I never took any formalized training. I couldn't bust a move these days to save my life. ha! Oh, and I LOVE board games. LOVE them!!! Office type supplies are some of my favorite things. I love new calendars and personalized papers. We just have so much in common! I especially loved the last pic of you, Vance and Web.

I totally agree with you on so many things...especially being from the SOUTH!, traveling, being organized, and family. And I love that giving gifts is on your list. I knew you had a giving heart!!
