Cherished Phone Call

What a weekend!!!

After Web dropped Vance off at my parent's house, I worked a little longer before our night out on the town. I ran home, changed, and then we met Meag & Chris for dinner at Macarroni Grille...YUMMY! Our realtor gave Web & I a gift card there so we decided to treat everyone. It was also a GREAT way to say THANK YOU to Meag and Chris for helping us move ;)! Dinner was delectable!!!!

Once dinner was over we decided to head to the Smyrna Bowling Alley for a little "competitive" bowling...guys vs girls. Even though we were all extremely sore the next day and we lost miserably, we had a GREAT time!!!

Saturday we picked up Vance from my parent's house so we could take him to swim lessons! He had the best time with Nana & Papa swimming, swinging, and playing! Aqua Tots was a pretty quick class, b/c some of the students were absent. On the way home, we had to fill up my gas tank and Vance wanted to talk on my cell phone...

I had a massage on Saturday that I scheduled a month ago AND it was tremendous! I have had a couple of massages in my day and I have never fallen asleep. Saturday was a different story ;)!

That night Meag and I loaded up and headed to Bunko! It was my turn to host and I decided to do a PJ Party Theme =)! Everyone looked adorable in their pajamas and had a GREAT time!!! Then it happened...

I was sitting at the "low" table when my phone rang. I looked down and it said Leigh Ann was calling me. I IMMEDIATELY jumped up from the table, left mid-game, and ran to the kitchen to talk to Leigh Ann. She was calling to thank my galz and I for the surprise we sent EG =)! To read more about the surprise check out Horton Happenings on my blog roll. It was so nice hearing Leigh Ann and Ella Grace's voice!!!! I ran to the "high" table where Meag was and handed over the phone. You would have thought someone was in labor the way we were acting! We love Leigh Ann and we can't wait to see her beautiful face in September!!!


The Pajama Party Bunko Girls! Next month they are tossing around doing an 80's Prom Theme =)!

Sunday was a nice, relaxing day with a trip to the grocery store and an afternoon Habitat for Humanity Dedication!

p.s. La was not with us this weekend b/c she was spending time with her beautiful niece, Zoe! We missed her so much but can't wait to see her smiling face tomorrow!!!!
