These last few days have been very exciting and very joyous for my familia and I =)!!!
Monday afternoon Aunt Meag came to watch Vance for an hour or two, while Web and I did this...

We are so excited and relieved that this part of the journey is over! Now it is onto building our home =)!!! Thanks Aunt Meag for playing with little man for the afternoon!
Tuesday I was out of the office most of the day working at fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity. Stones River Mall, one of the local malls in the Boro, has partnered with our affiliate to do mini-fundraisers for three years. Thank You God! Yesterday they had Bob The Builder come to the mall to help children make a birdhouse, paint a birdhouse, and get a picture at the end. It was an all day event with children, so I was as happy as a clam! Here are a few pics from the day...

So glad to finally be able to read your blog and thus keep up with you. Three points in response to this blog:

2. Thanks for the "award" and how creative is your friend for thinking of that!
3. Building a house can be very trying, and that's probably the biggest understatement I've made in a while. Make it your absolute determination to NOT let the stress get to you.
YAY!!! What a fun day and a fun fund raiser! And... thank you so much for my first Blog Award!!! I'm so proud! Cant' wait until dinner tomorrow... we are overdue for some three amiga time!!!

Wow! Lots of good things happening to a good family! Yeah for the sale of your house. It's so great that you have that behind you, so you can just concentrate on the fun of building your new home. I so admire what you do...working for Habitat. That organization is changing so many lives, and it must feel so good to be apart of that! Thank you for my blog award. The funny thing is, I think I was passing it on to you about the same time you passed it to me! Megan, you truly make my day!!! Oh, and Derek could not be happier about the Celtics.
