NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!

First let me wish everyone a very HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope that each of you had a wonderful evening ringing in the new year, reflecting on the many blessings of 2007, and gearing up for another year.

Next to Thanksgiving and Christmas, New Year's Eve is one of my very favorite holidays. There is a part of my heart that always aches a little when another year has passed...could 365 days already be over, could our son be celebrating his FIRST BIRTHDAY in just a month, could time itself be flying by? While these thoughts are bittersweet, there is another part of my heart that is thrilled about a new year. What could this year bring...a new house, perhaps another baby, travels, etc? What an amazing feeling to know that you have "survived" another year and God has blessed you with 365 more days!

Web, Vance, and I have had a very busy, exciting, and wonderful holiday! I also have tons of pictures and details to share (as I am sure most of you do), but all in all the Christmas Season was a success. I will be returning to work on Monday, January 7th, and as always I have a mixture of feelings...

I pray that each of you and yours have a wonderful 2008! Our little family has many adventures planned and look forward to what God has in store for us. God bless you all!
