God is so, SO, so GOOD!!!!

It is Wednesday, the sun is shining, America's Next Top Model is coming on tonight, and I feel so BLESSED!!!!!!!

As some of you may have read on Meagan's Blog, our friends, Chris & Rob, spent much of their Tuesday at a hospital. Their father Harris had surgery to remove a tumor in his brain. Well, it could have not gone any better! The doctor said that the tumor just fell out like a grape. It was not connected to any tissue in the brain. PRAISE JESUS! In fact, three hours after the surgery, Harris was recovering...laughing, cutting up with the nurses, and looking quite hopeful. They have sent the tumor off to be tested so that the origin of the cancer can be determined. Even though the road ahead may involve some treatments, the Hooper family is extremely positive! Yesterday was Harris' Birthday and a Happy Birthday it was! Thank you to everyone who prayed...we always turn to our blogging friends and you always come through.

After work last night I met some of my FAVORITES for dinner! Marla, Meag, La, Katy, & I met at Maple Street Grille for a little dinner before our JLM Meeting. It is one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Murfreesboro...classic, comforting food!

Once we were finished stuffing our faces, it was off to our JLM Meeting where we listened to Judge Donna Scott Davenport speak...WOW! She is a Juvenile Detention Judge, she will put the fear of God in you, and she has a gentle heart. We learned so much!

I also wanted to do a little pic on my new look! I got a hair cut today...nothing too drastic but definitely FRESH for summer =)!


My new look! Like I said, not a big difference but much healthier. Is that Lauren and I's favorite polka dotted shirt I am wearing...YOU BET!
