Before your mind starts to wonder...we are not pregnant =)!
Last night the Junior League of Murfreesboro had their annual dinner at the Stones River Country Club. I went with three of my most favorite people, sat with an amazing group of women, tried to swallow down the overpriced crunchy green beans, and listened as the JLM celebrated another year of giving. I know that SOME people think the JLM is simply a group of "snobby" women that get together to socialize...NOT TRUE! While there is a fair share of socializing going on, 99.9% of it is done at charitable events. Every woman in the League loves our little community and wants to give back 110%. I love working at Habitat but it is so nice to be able to give in other ways!

This is my favorite picture of the night! We were missing the "third amigo" last night...La was sick! La was so greatly missed!!!!!!
NOW...onto the big news...
As you all know, Web & I are building a house this year! We are extremely excited and extremely nervous!!!! We decided to put our house on the market on Thursday b/c we honestly were a bit scared with the market being the way it is. On Friday, two realtors showed the house, and on Saturday we got an offer. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?!?!?! We have a home inspection tomorrow night along with a visit from the potential buyer...YIPPEE! Web & I have already looked at an apartment to move into...for six months or so we can do it =)!
We also closed on our build loan today...WOW! This is where I get a little nervous b/c frankly I do not like money. Thankfully my loving husband handled everything LIKE A PRO!
Web & I SIGNING the official papers that will finally allow us to be on our way...YIPPEE, YIPPEE, YIPPEE! For some strange reason I actually feel very grown up!
I would greatly appreciate it if my blogging buddies would pray for us! We have a lot happening at once and I don't want us to lose sight of the things that truly matter!!!!
Also, a little SHOUT OUT to Web & Vance for my Mother's Day gift...

What a pretty picture of you and your girls. I especially love the picture of you and Meag missing La! Too cute! Congratulations on selling your house and your construction loan finalization. I'm a firm believer when things go that smoothly it is just affirmation that it was meant to be! I LOVE your necklace! It is so beautiful. Very unique. And, I LOVE that it has your names on it. Oh, how exciting!!!! When we bought the house we are in now, everything just fell into place and we knew God's hand was in every step. It seems like the same is true for you guys!!

Oh how fun! Big purchases like houses make me incredibly nervous, too! I'm so impressed that your house sold so quickly! I pray that ours will go fast after we put it up... whenever that may be.

Great news! It's incredible that your house sold that fast. Loan closings are awful...when you see everything spelled out in black and white...ugh! I'm not looking forward to ours. Can't wait to see the new house.
I will definitely have to talk Leigh Ann into a girls trip one day! That would be fun. I love shopping in Franklin and all the malls throughout Nashville! My Sis-in Law is Leslie Franklin. She lived there for a long time and went to MTSU but just moved back this past year and is SO HAPPY! :) I love the town, even though it has grown so much since were there last. :) Have a great day!

Congratulations on selling your house so quickly!!! I bet you are going to have ton of tales to tell of apartment life. I'm anxious to hear how that goes. Bryan and I have talked about selling our house in 2-3 years and living in an apartment until we build or find what we want. I guess that is a good way to downsize!! Heee heee.
MOO!!! First, I totally look like I've been hit by a truck in the picture - and my arms???? Um, since I have a lot of time on my hands now, I'm going to get to work on those! I am so jealous you have one of those necklaces, I want one so badly!!!!
