What exactly is CAD...????

Good Friday All! I hope that wherever you are it is not raining like it is here!!! I know the next few days are "calling" for warmer weather and the shining sun, but I look out my office window and see rain, pudlles, a flooded parking lot. APRIL SHOWERS BRING MAY FLOWERS...PLEASE!!!

So, many of you have asked me "What the heck is CAD?" The best way to explain it is this...
Take math, drawing, building, a little engineering, and roll it all into ONE! I know it sounds a bit overwhelming and nerdish, but Web absolutely loves doing all of these things. God truly blessed him with the gift of knowing and understanding numbers, dimensions, and how to build things. We do have some semi-good news to share about the position. Web spoke with Sue Tucker, a lady who works for the state, and she told him that they were hoping to find someone who has done drafting most of their life and wants to get their teaching license. WHAT??? Anyone who is a teacher or knows someone who teaches, you know that it takes a special person to be a teacher. It makes more sense to me (plus I am bias) that they would hire someone who is has some education in that field, can build things, wants to learn more, and has a strong desire for the program...right??? Mrs. Tucker told Web that he needed to call back on Monday to speak with a gentleman about taking the ADD Praxis and Drafting Course. IF he can take these and IF he passes he MIGHT be able to teach the class.
I know that it is just a small glimmer of hope but we will take a glimmer! I have always been taught to fight for what you want and what you love. If you don't mind, we would really appreciate your prayers this weekend and throughout this experience. I know God's plan is bigger than we can imagine so I am at peace with everything.
