UPDATE: Web just picked up Vance and called to let me know how his day went. There was a STAR STUDENT AWARD in his basket. Why you might ask? Our little guy used the potty!!!! Watch out world...potty training here we come!
I LOVE this time of year b/c it means warmer weather, blooming flowers and trees, ice cream runs, Easter, and of course SPRING CLEANING! One of my favorite bloggers, Julie, even informed me that next week is National Spring Cleaning Week. For this pregnant, ocd, cleaning lover, it brings a smile to my face...LOL!
However, I must share that I think God has been doing some of his own Spring Cleaning when it comes to me.
For those of you who read my blog and know me, you know that I am a planner! I love having lists, goals, and feeling good when I get things accomplished :). So, when God decides it is time to throw MY plan for a loop, I get a little nervous, a little unsure, and even a little excited. There is so much I want to share and I will in time, but for now PLEASE keep me in your prayers. Just a simple clarity in decisions is what I am needing :)!
In other odd and end news on this Spring Day...
Right now I am reading this! I chose the book, one I had never read, for this month's book club read. Can I just tell you it is so WONDERFUL!!! It is written by a neuroscientist and is the story of a Harvard Psychology Professor who is diagnosed with early on-set Alzheimer's Disease. It is so GOOD!!!
Our little guy is showing more and more of his personality everyday! In the past week I have discovered...
*He is going to be a night owl like his daddy and a bit challenging to get going in the mornings. Hmmm...I wonder what the teenage years will look like?
*He likes to put both of his hands on my face and give me a kiss! I love this b/c it means he will be an affectionate bug like me :).
*He is getting so good at repeating words! Last night he sang "Oooh, Baby, Baby" when Anoop was singing on American Idol!
*He loves to get dirty but he LOVES washing his hands! I think it is the foamy soap that he enjoys playing with :)!
*He is going to be strong willed but still sweet, kind, and loving!!!
I LOVE OUR LITTLE GUY!
This weekend we will be traveling to Mt. Juliet for a fun-filled Easter Egg Hunt!!! I loved going to these when I was a little girl and it is even more fun now that Vance can enjoy them :)!
There are so many exciting things going on right now that I am just trying to enjoy each one!!!

I will be praying for you, Megan!! My mom gave me that book recently because she loved it so much. I haven't had time to read it yet, though. Maybe over Spring Break! Have fun at the Easter Egg hunt!!! I love those! :)

I am SO in the Spring cleaning mode, but with two it is SO hard!!! They get things out faster than I can clean. Ha!
Vance is just growing up! I can't wait to see pictures from the Easter egg hunt. How fun!
