This morning I had the ever so lovely glucose test! In all honesty it is not that bad b/c the flavors are much better than in the past. I decided to go with the orange one b/c I remembered it tasting "fairly" well when I was pregnant with Vance.
I am happy to say that my appointment this morning went really well. I have gained a total of six pounds and little Jack's heartbeat was 154. I told Dr. H I had been having a lot of pressure with this pregnancy. The kind that makes you feel like your baby is going to fall out everytime you stand. She assured me that was normal but we could do an ultrasound just to make sure all was well.
You might not be able to tell from this picture, but Jack has his hand on his head and his feet are sticking straight up. No wonder it feels like hie entire foot is kicking me.
I will admit that I loved having another ultrasound and that it was just me in there. It was a time for Jack to say, "Here I am mommy! I am a wild one but I am yours!" And he is :). Sometimes I feel guilty that I have not been able to devote myself 100% to this pregnancy and every detail. Trust me...I try, but I still want to be a loving wife and mother to my family at home. Hopefully some of you have felt the same way at some time?! I just want Jack to know that we love him and we can't wait to see his beautiful face :)!!!

Oh - that's just so sweet!! And to be honest - I feel the same pressure you're talking about! It never happened with my first two, but this one it is constant and very painful at times! I tell my hubby that I probably won't knwo if I go into labor because I already feel so much pain and pressure!
And SIX lbs??? Great. I think that's where I am...and I'm 6 weeks behind! LOL.
I can't wait to see his sweet little wrinkly baby face!!!! :-) So glad everything (and everyone) is well!!
I'm so glad everything went well. I remember that yucky glucose test! Uuuugggh! And I felt the same way when I was pregnant with Mark...like he was just going to fall out any minute!

I just love how even though he's still in your tummy, he already has his own unique, wonderful personality.
You have such a huge,warm heart - your love will no doubt be more than enough for all 3 men in your life!
