Burning The Candle

As my mom has told me since I was a young girl, I have the tendency of burning the candle at both ends. What woman/wife/mother/friend/worker/etc. does not have this problem...right?! Well, I tend to go and go and do and do and go and do some more until I hit a wall. Tuesday...I hit that wall! I started the day with a slight head cold that turned into PINK EYE and a sever head cold =(! Ladies, it was not pretty! Tuesday night was pretty rough but thankfully Wednesday I was able to lie around in bed and/or on the couch and do NOTHING...PTL! I am back at work today, but I am still feeling pretty weak. Perhaps this is God's way of saying I need to take better care of myself...you think?!

However, I do have some good news to share...

This is what our house looked like as of Monday evening! Isn't it beautiful? Thankfully the good Lord has blessed our area with good weather so the framers have been plugging along! It is actually a house and I am so excited!!!!

I hope that you all are having a fabulous Thursday!

I'm so sorry you have been feeling under the weather. I hope you are starting to feel better. Be sure and take care of YOU! I may need to mark my calendar and remind you. Ha! I'm so glad you posted this picture of your house. It DOES already look like a house. I am so excited for you. I couldn't help but notice that blue sky in the background. Gorgeous!

I am back my love! I think you were just "sick" because I left town! lol! Just kidding, I know how you can be working and worrying and running yourself half to death! I am glad you are feeling better now! I missed you SO much while I was gone... everything there reminded me of you and La! I can't wait to see the house - when we have our girls night we might have to start by driving out there and taking a tour!!! LOVE YOU!
