Fall Fun

We have been so busy lately with all sorts of fun activities :)! Even though we are exhausted come Sunday night, it has been so wonderful watching the boys.

Friday night my parents took Vance to the zoo for their Halloween Festival. Did I mention how great they are!!!

He wore tye dye and went as a little hippie. We even taught him how to make the "peace" sign when he was trick or treating. To say that he had a great time would be an understatement. When we picked him up on Saturday, all he talked about was the dragon he saw on the hay ride :)!

While Vance was with Nana & Papa, Web and I enjoyed a quiet evening at home with Jack. It was nice having some alone time with him so he could have our undivided attention :)!

We worked on rolling over! I am happy to say he can roll from his tummy to his back now :)!

We also did a little photo shoot. I just love his chunky little arms and legs!!!

Saturday morning we met Chris, Meag, and Lily to watch the MTSU Homecoming Parade. It was extremely cold, but the kids were such troopers. Meag got some great pics of Lily and Vance enjoying the parade. I am so thankful that we have such wonderful friends and that our children love being around each other. Vance ADORES Lily!

The entire familia at the parade! Jack was all bundled up in my lap and even snuck in a nap :)!

On Sunday we decided to venture out to the annual Hoedown at WOC. I am not even going to tell you how many people were there. Some waited in traffic so long they gave up and went home. We prepared ourselves mentally and just gave it a whirl.
We met La and Dawson there to partake in the crazy fun! All of the boys wore the tye dye shirts we made a few weekends earlier. It looks like they are saying,
"Are you ready for this man?"
"As long as they have bubbles, balloons, and candy I am in!"
Vance stopped long enough to take a picture with his Daddy! He was on.the.move!

And of course...
Jack was such a trooper! He took everything in and was the best little guy :)! It got a little chilly so we put Vance's hat on Jack. He adores his little brother and would give him anything!!!
Yep, things have been crazy, but wonderful all the same! We are so excited about what the rest of the week has in store :)!
