I must start this post off by saying that my computer is on it's last leg =(! When I came into work this morning it was pretty weak and as the day goes by it is getting weaker. All this to say that all of my really cute pictures to go along with this post will have to come later =(! However, I could not keep the good news from my peeps ;)!!!
Good News Numero Uno
Yesterday Web handed me a key to our house and said we very well could be moving around January 29th!!!! My dear friends I will be out of the ever so lovely apartment and in my beautiful, country home. No longer will I be surrounded by people but instead animals, fields, hills, creeks, and QUIET! Please say a prayer that it might actually happen b/c we are ready. I have to admit that even though the apartment has presented it's challenges, it has been nice to be close to work. However, I am looking forward to my country drive and some quiet time with God ;)!
Good News Numero Dos
At our last doctor's appointment Dr. H surprised us and said we could come in this week to find out the sex of our baby. I know I should have told everyone, but you know me...I love surprises and special moments. So, yesterday afternoon Web, myself, and my 40 ounce filled bladder headed to the hospital to have our ultrasound. We waited for a little while (my bladder did not appreciate that) and then they called us back.
I will be honest and say I was a little nervous. I had not even the smallest incling of what our little one might be. All I did know was that we were praying for healthy. The technician was so sweet, took her time, and then she showed us. Keep in mind I had cute pictures for this part, but your imagination will have to do. Do you have any guesses...?
My dear friends we met our sweet JOHN WEBSTER (JACK) yesterday and we are so in love already. He was a bit shy at first but then the little guy started showing off...LOL! The entire ultrasound I could not stop smiling :)!!! My mind immediately started thinking about our lives on the farm with our two boys and all the adventures we will have. I do know some were hoping deeply for a girl and we might try again later, but we just feel so blessed to be able to expand our family. Let the crazy days of rambunxious boys begin!!!
I promise to update pictures soon but just know that we are so excited and so in love ;)!!!
Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!!!
