One Proud Mom

On Tuesday night Vance's Day Care held their annual Christmas Program at a local church. Each of their classrooms did a little something special for the program. Vance is in the Sunfish Classroom and their songs were "Jingle Bells" and "Deck The Halls!" I am here to tell you that I was so nervous and excited leading up to his classes turn. The director announced their names and in they all walked carrying little jingle bells. Vance walked on the stage, sat down, and jingled his little bells through the two songs ;). Web video taped and I was the mom down front taking pictures. Most of my pictures were blurry b/c I had a dirty lens (grr), but as soon as my mom gets me her pics I will post one. At one point Vance noticed me, started smiling, and scooted to the edge of the stage. Ladies, he did so good and my heart almost leapt from my chest watching him. I can't imagine how I will be as he gets older. Hopefully not crazy...just really, really PROUD :)!

Yesterday we went to the doctor to see how Hutchings Baby #2 is doing ;). I feel like I owe so much to Web's fellow teachers. It is because of them that he is able to come to my appointments with me. THANK YOU!!! The appointment went really well. I have gained a little weight from what I lost while I was sick and my blood pressure was 116/64 ;). We also got to listen to the heartbeat again and it was a steady 155. I love hearing the beat of our little one's heart and knowing that one day he/she will be here.

It is really cold and rainy here, but I am still in the holiday spirit. Tonight I am wrapping a few gifts and can't wait ;)!
