Yesterday was a really great day...despite the funky weather ;)!
Web and I met at Stonecrest around 1:00 for my doctor's appointment. My OB was busy delivering a baby so we waited for a while and then saw "A", a nurse practicioner. She was so sweet and answered all of our questions. I know that I have already been through this once, but it is always nice to be reminded and reassured! So far I have only gained 1 pound ;). I am sure I will make up for it in the future...lol. It was a great visit and we go back in four weeks to listen to the heartbeat again. Such a beautiful sound ;)!
When we left we headed to Neal's Lighting on the square to pick out all of our lighting. I love this place b/c it has been around for a long time and resembles the "old square" feel. It is a good thing we had a budget, b/c you could go CRAZY!
After that I ran to Sam's to pick up some (300) pictures that I had developed. I will have a big project this weekend filling my albums while Vance naps ;)! I also got 400 ft of Christmas Paper for $9.00! I was so excited ;)!
Last but not least I have to share two pictures of why Vance is the coolest kid around ;)!

Last night the CMA's were on ;)! I grew up watching the CMA's with my daddy ;)! We put it on last night to listen to the music and Vance loved it. He took turns dancing with Web and I for a good thirty minutes and always applauded at the end of the song. I just love the joy on his face!

That is exactly what EG was doing while we watched the CMAs! I just know V and EG would be the best of friends.
You are right...that is the most beautiful sound...a baby's heartbeat. I can't believe you have only gained one pound. I think I gained 10 lbs. in a month one time. Ugh!

I'm catching up....And I love your paint colors. I cannot wait to see the rooms full of furniture and decorations. It is all really coming together.
